By the end of winter, our bodies wear the cost of it. Our skin is sallow, ashy, flat. Our hair is ick. Our mouths have a sourness in them and our sweat has a funk to it. Digestion has been in winter mode, which tends to add a few pounds and lay on the gunk. We crave sharp, fresh, and bright. Spring fever is a real thing. The shifting light, after months and months of Seasonal Affective Grump and Hard Times, kinda makes our ears perk up.
Your body has wellness and aliveness imprinted on it's deepest levels. Healing is a thing that is allowed, not made or done. Our own natural rythems know how to balance our hormones, our stress levels, and keep us vibrant. But they tend to be mired down by our roles, outdated beliefs, and just the accumulation of time and weariness.
Wake up. 4 weeks of guided reflections in a book, a guide through tradtional dietary lightening and rejuvenation phases, and helpful videos along the way.
The annual spring panchakarma is an online experience: you'll be emailed a PDF workbook on April 1 and a few short companion videos. Each week of April you'll get a further email with supporting short videos. This is not a 'cleanse', 'detox', or 'diet': it's an opportunity for your body's own healing properties to turn on and clean up the accumulated gunk of the winter and our past. No prior experience with Ayurveda is required - every single year you participate you'll learn more and go deeper. This is an experience that should be done annually.
